Online Programmes/App FAQ

How will I access my online programme?

After purchasing, your online programme will be accessible immediately in the ‘Fitness App.’ Within the app, you can access the workouts planned for you. Video demonstrations and written explanations of each exercise are included. The app allows you to log the reps and weights you’ve completed for each exercise so you can easily track your progress.
For new clients: after purchasing your programme through the Online Programme Shop, you will receive an email with a link to set up your account in the app. 
For existing clients: After purchasing a new programme via the Online Programme Shop, your programme will automatically be available in the ‘Fitness App.’ 

When do the programmes start?

The on-demand programmes are accessible immediately after purchase and are available in the app for the duration specified (i.e. 6 or 12 weeks). 

What equipment do I need?

All on-demand programmes can be completed with no equipment at all (bodyweight only) or with any combination of the following equipment: short bands, long bands and/or dumbbells. For equipment recommendations, please click here

What other features does the app have?

The ‘Fitness App’ has a number of additional features beyond just displaying your online programme. Within the app, you can track your step count and measurements, upload progress photos and log additional workouts (e.g. cardio, classes, etc). You can also connect your Apple Health, Apple Watch, FitBit, MyFitnessPal and/or Garmin watch data to easily monitor all your wellness data in one place.
