In-Person Training

Charlotte’s in-person training sessions are available in a luxurious private fitness studio in Mayfair, London, or you can choose the convenience of home or office-based sessions. Charlotte works with clients across Mayfair, Marylebone and Belgravia, bringing her fitness expertise directly to you.

Online Personal Training

Prefer to train from home or want to keep up with your fitness routine while travelling? Charlotte’s online personal training sessions, which take place via Zoom or FaceTime, offer the same level of accountability, support and guidance as in-person sessions. You don’t need access to a full gym - Charlotte has helped clients achieve remarkable results with just a few pieces of equipment.

  • Charlotte has extensive experience in injury rehabilitation, having successfully helped numerous clients recover from injuries and return to the activities they love. Her expertise and compassionate approach ensure that clients can recover safely and efficiently.

  • Charlotte offers gait analysis and running-specific strength training sessions to complement your 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon prep and reduce the risk of injury. Running can also be incorporated into 1:1 sessions to improve your speed, form and cardiovascular health.

  • As a qualified Pre and Post Natal Training Specialist, Charlotte has helped numerous women stay active throughout pregnancy and reintegrate fitness into their routines after childbirth. Her expertise ensures that both mothers-to-be and new mothers can progress their fitness.

  • As an experienced Mat Pilates instructor, Charlotte can integrate elements of Pilates into sessions to improve posture and build abdominal strength.
