  • Charlotte offers gait analysis and running-specific strength training sessions to complement your 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon prep and reduce the risk of injury. Running can also be incorporated into 1:1 sessions to improve your speed, form and cardiovascular health.

  • As a qualified Pre and Post Natal Training Specialist, Charlotte has helped numerous women stay active throughout pregnancy and reintegrate fitness into their routines after childbirth. Her expertise ensures that both mothers-to-be and new mothers can progress their fitness.
