A Completely Bespoke, Integrated Method
Throughout her years of training, Charlotte has developed a unique method involving: resistance training to gain strength and improve posture, mat Pilates to build a strong core and movement-based exercises to develop flexibility and balance. Depending on your individual goals and preferences, a combination of training methods will be incorporated into your sessions.
